Normally Google adsense will use its crawler Google Media partner to crawl the site and display the ad based on its content . Comparitive to the non targetted ads ,this seems good now . But to be frank the site owners are not satisfied much by this effort of Google .

I guess this gonna be the new idea of Google adsense targetting technique:

Instead of displaying ads based on the site content ,they can display ads based on the visitors interest which they can get using the visitors mail address in spokeo.com .This will surely give good result to both the advertiser and publisher. I am sure Google sooner or later gonna implement this technique in adsense . Who knows ,If google or yahoo really like this people search engine technique they may either acquire these sites (spokeo.com ,rapleaf.com ) or will develop a competitive algo with many more advantages and throw spokeo out of business.But as of now Spokeo.com is the leader of people search engines .
